The N.G.D bleed control valve is a piston type,
hydrostatically unbalanced, designed to maintain a constant flow through a
cooling plant, irrespective of the water demand downstream the plant. The
actuation of the valve is by the line-fluid pressure and the valve does
not require electrical power or instruments for its operation.
